The Sand Saber features a 12" long 316 stainless steel chisel-style Sand Saber Tip designed to drive in easier, especially in hard-packed sand and firm clay. The chisel-style tip helps reduce insertion effort compared to standard tip styles when the bottom is packed tight, while still working for normal shallow-water anchoring applications.
The pole is built from durable 3/4" solid fiberglass for strength and dependable marine performance. It is not hollow fiberglass, not aluminum, and not plastic. The solid fiberglass construction is engineered to be stiff yet flexible and designed to resist cracking, breaking, or snapping.
